Specifications : Isostar Energy Tablets are rich in simple carbohydrates, used quickly by muscles, and in magnesium, which is involved in energy metabolism and muscular contraction. Made up of glucose (82%), dextrose and fructose, they provide immediate energy for a real boost and to avoid feeling drained! Rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP and B5, they allow optimum use of carbohydrate-derived energy and compensate for losses due to exercise. Very practical to carry around and individually wrapped, they are an ideal source of energy!optimum use of consumption : To be eaten every 30 to 45 minutes, with a rehydrating isotonic drink.
